Select Marketing Systems, LLC is committed to providing quality service to our clients. This Return and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for our SaaS product, Client Streamline.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase for the subscription price only. Refunds will not be provided for any used services, including but not limited to:

Phone minutes and fees

A2P registration and recurring A2P fees

Emails

SMS

AI costs

One-on-one consulting or support services

Marketing services and costs

Other additional charges that may apply are also non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

After the initial 30 days, refunds will no longer be available. If you wish to cancel your subscription after the first 30 days, you must notify us at least 10 days prior to your subscription renewal date.

- Email address associated with your account

- Reason for cancellation or refund request

5. Post-Cancellation Access

Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current subscription period. No prorated refunds will be given for the remaining days of the subscription.
